We ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, so returns are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You may request a return within 1–2 days if:

• The product is in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags/seals intact.

• Items not meeting these conditions may be declined.

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.

After we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers pay for return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective.
